- You must send an email to hearclearhearingaid@gmail.com within 25 days after receiving your product/s .
- Your email must have your full name used for the order of the item(s) plus a clear and close up video(s) of the issue and the description of the issue.
- A replacement/refund will only be processed if the item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it and it must be in its original sealed packaging.
- When your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement /refund.
- If approved, your replacement will reach you within 15 days. Refunds will be automatically credited to the card used for the purchase within 3-5 days (subject to other processing banks).
- We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable requests for replacements, refunds and exchanges.
NB: If a payment has been made for a product(s), we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
