Disputes & Cancellations
If a payment has been made for a product(s), we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
In the rare event of unsatisfactory service or if the end user feels the product is faulty then the user must contact our dispute team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving their product, unless if extended warranty has been purchased. If extended warranty has not been purchased then the user is bound by our returns policy. Our team reserve the right to respond to all disputes within 5 working days of receipt of any dispute related correspondence.
If the product is returned in accordance to the returns policy then a replacement product will be shipped to the delivery address of the original order.
If extended warranty has been purchased then the user is covered by all of the below for 2 years from the date of their purchase of Hear Clear Plus warranty:
– damage and issues including technical issues
– manufacture faults
– as well as accidental damage
In order for the warranty to be valid, the warranty must be purchased at the same time as the purchase of their device. One warranty purchase can only cover one hearing aid purchase. If multiple hearing aids are purchased then multiple warranties must also be purchased to match the quantity of devices purchased at the time of the order being placed.
