All of our products are rigorously inspected for quality before they get dispatched to you. In the unlikely situation that your item is delivered damaged or malfunctioning you should contact us within 25 days and we will replace it  within 25 days. Any approved refunds take 3-5 days (subject to other processing banks). To start a replacement/refund process:

  • You must send  an email to within 25 days after receiving your product/s .
  • Your email must have your full name used for the order of the item(s) plus a clear and close up video(s) of the issue and the description of the issue.
  • A replacement/refund will only be processed if the item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it and it must be in its original sealed packaging.
  • When your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement /refund.
  • If approved, your replacement will reach you within 15 days. Refunds will be automatically credited to the card used for the purchase within 3-5 days (subject to other processing banks).
  • We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable requests for replacements, refunds and exchanges.

NB: If a payment has been made for a product(s), we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
