In the rare occasion if your device has any faults or issues within 2 years of your purchase, by purchasing the Hear Clear Plus warranty you will be covered and receive a full refund for your order immediately.
Hear Clear Plus must be purchased directly via our site and is linked to the order number for the device purchased at the time your order is placed. Hear Clear Plus is only applicable to a single device. For orders of multiple devices, multiple Hear Clear Plus warranties must also be purchased, equal to the number of devices ordered. The Hear Clear Original Invisible hearing aids are relatively simple in nature. They are made up of several different components, including a microphone and a speaker. And when all the components are put to work, they’ll take whatever sound is around you and will make it louder for you to hear.
Absolutely. Your hearing aid will fit tightly and comfortably in your ear canal every time. That way, whether you choose to lift weights or run outside, you can hear clearly without running (no pun intended) the risk of losing your hearing aid.
We actually have both types, so you’re free to choose the one you prefer. The battery-powered model uses a size 10 zinc-air battery, which will last you around a week, provided you wear the hearing aids for 8 hours per day. The rechargeable model will last around 20 hours, provided it’s fully charged. The average recharge time takes just 2.5-3 hours.
Warranty on the Hear Clear Original Invisible hearing aids is optional. If you choose to get a warranty, it comes at an extra cost and will last you for two years.
